I liked everything, it was perfect. Location right by the centre of town as well as the castle. Exceptional service and a clean pool onsite.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, my first choice in Malcesine. Everywhere was neat, staff were very polite, exceptionally comfortable bed. Basic facilities and the pool was very clean. Well-maintained garden outside.

Ideal location and helpful staff at least. Right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Apart from that, Palazzo dei Capitani was 10 minutes' drive away. Inviting bar area. Our stay was good value...

handy base for 4 nights. breakfast was large and we got a very clean room, it was an excellant experience. the bed was comfortable and heating, a safe and a work desk where a bonus. within a walking distance of pizzeria da gigi, where you can have lunch.

The room had its own balcony. A view of the lake from our window. All in all, great value for money. Location, an easy walk to all attractions.
